If you have a complaint about the care or treatment you received at my clinic, I encourage you to discuss it with me first. I will do my best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. If you are unable to resolve the issue with me, you may submit a formal complaint to Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS), my regulatory body. A formal complaint can be submitted at any time.
